Weddings
A toastmaster is an essential part of your wedding. Right from when you first
organise the special day up till the end a toastmaster has a very important role
to play. Remember this may be only the first or second wedding you have had to
do. An experienced toastmaster has done several hundred.
He is experienced in all the “nitty gritty” and can spot and deal with a
situation before it becomes a problem. He is the only person on the day you need
to talk to. He will speak to the caterers, the waiters, the photographers, the
disco, the band and the florist. In fact he takes on your worries for the day
and lets you enjoy it with your family and guests.
He knows all the protocol and can advise on who says what in the speeches, when
the speeches are to be introduced and in what order they come in. He will
organise any gifts and presentations that are to be made. At the end of the
wedding breakfast he can also introduce the band and the first dance.
